Bill Mallers early musical influences came from the rock, blues, country and soul music he heard growing up between the 50,000 watt clear channel radio signals that came from Chicago and Detroit. He started playing in rock bands at 14 and never stopped. He is a graduate of Indiana University where he studied music and business. After I.U., he continued his musical education at Berklee College of Music. Bill can be seen most weekends gigging with one of several bands.
Chris Lieber is the great-grandson of the late Col. Richard Lieber, founder of the Indiana state parks system. He is the step-grandson of the late Dr. Clarence W. Efroymson, philanthropist and Professor of Economics at Butler University, and the son of Richard Lieber, retired teacher, decorated W.W.II veteran, and alumnus of the University of Chicago. Chris left Indiana University before graduating, joined a rock band and is still loved by most of his family.
Jason Rowland is a product of long-haired hippie freaks, and until recently, could be found in a variety of locations. Educated (?) at Indiana University, he wasted his youth as a freelance engineer & stagehand and is routinely referred to as a “big, stupid kid”.
Mina Keohane (MEE-nah KOH-hane) was born in New Jersey on St. Patrick's Day, raised in Florida and "educated" in Boston. She woke up one day in Indianapolis and spent a year begging Bill Mallers for a job at rippleFX:, which apparently paid off because she is now the official "Front-desk-accounts receivable-duty-phone-operator." Her passions include (but are not limited to) jazz, sushi, books and late night television. She resides on the North-side and is the proud caretaker of one adorable tabby and white named Happy Apple. Mina earned a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Composition at Berklee College of Music and can sometimes be heard out and about with her band.
